Hot ‘n’ Spicy Sausage Sizzle with Spinach and Jalapenos

Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves 4

4 thick beef sausages
2 tsp chilli oil
1 head fennel, trimmed, finely shaved
2 cups baby spinach leaves
4 long crusty rolls, halved
2 Tbsp pickled jalapenos
Sweet chilli sauce, to serve

1 Heat barbecue grill to medium. Put sausages in a bowl and drizzle with chilli oil. Stir to combine. Add to grill and cook, turning, for 8 minutes or until firm.

2 Cut sausages, diagonally, into slices. Arrange fennel and spinach on each roll base. Top each with sausage slices, jalapenos and sweet chilli sauce. Add roll tops and serve.
