2018 Christmas Delivery Cut-off Dates

Domayne Online Purchases:
Don’t miss the Christmas deadline! Purchase in-stock products*1 from Domayne Online by Thursday 13th December, to get them in time for Christmas.
Please note: You may experience delivery delays when shopping online over the Christmas holiday period — deliveries will not be made on December 25th, 26th, 31st and January 1st.

Ordering from a regional or remote location?
To avoid disappointment, please place your order well before the delivery cut-off date.

What if I've missed the delivery cut-off date for online purchases?
No worries! You can still buy in-stock products*1 online and choose the free pick-up in store option, with 1 Hour*2 Click & Collect.

Domayne Furniture and Bedding Purchases:
While the pre-Christmas delivery deadline for these orders (not including manchester) has now passed — you can still head in-store and shop a stylish selection of furniture and bedding to take home, just in time for Christmas!
Note: Product selection will vary from store-to-store; please see your local Domayne store for details.

We deliver to your home or office via our nationwide store network. Products are dispatched from Domayne store. Delivery normally takes between five (5) to ten (10) days, or eight (8) to ten (10) weeks for furniture and bedding. If you're a Domayne Online member, you can track its progress via My Account.

You can work out delivery costs for your purchase using the delivery cost calculator in your Shopping Cart. Otherwise, delivery costs will be automatically calculated in Checkout and displayed as a line item in your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person — or if you haven't received them within a reasonable period — Contact Us for further instructions.

When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your order from a Domayne store and avoid paying delivery charges. Simply select the Pick Up In-Store option and nominate your preferred location. When you complete your payment we will send you an email order confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up.

Please note that only the person who placed the order may pick it up. When picking up your items, you're required to supply a copy of your order, photo ID and credit card used to make the purchase. (If you pay via PayPal, your credit card is not required).
